Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Shipping:

We offer $3 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders using the United States Postal Service.  International orders will ship at a $25 fee using the same service. 

U.S. Shipping: 2-5 days 

International: 7-14 days 

* Shipping timeframes as listed above are not applicable on pre-sales. 

 

Returns: 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  All clothing must be unworn to return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not issue refunds for t-shirts, sweaters, and swimwear.

  
Exchanges: 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@rufusandroyce.com and we will help you from there.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In case we sent you a defective product we will cover that cost. 

 

Lost and Stolen Mail:

Rufus & Royce is not responsible for any packages stolen or removed from the customer’s property after the order is “Delivered” by the USPS. If the Tracking Number states the order has been “Delivered” but you have not received your package, you will need to contact your local Post Office and provide them with the tracking number. Make sure you request a Case Number for your call. If the Post Office is able to verify the package was “Lost” or “Delivered” incorrectly, contact us within 7 business days from when the Tracking Number claims the package was “Delivered” at contact@rufusandroyce.com. If the Post Office is unable to verify the package was delivered incorrectly, Rufus & Royce will assume the order was stolen or removed from the customer's property and the item order will not be replaced. 

Rufus & Royce will not take responsibility for lost packages reported after 7 business days from the alleged “Delivery” date provided in the USPS issued Tracking Number nor will Rufus & Royce take responsibility for any lost packages without a valid USPS Case Number. No exclusions will be made.

If your Tracking number has not updated after 14 business days from the time the last update was made, please contact us as: contact@rufusandroyce.com. From there, we will contact the Post Office on your behalf and file a claim. Please note, Rufus and Royce is NOT responsible for delays in sorting or delivering packages after they are picked up from our facility in Washington DC.
